What does “OSPAR audited” mean?
OSPAR stands for the Outsourced Service Provider's Audit Report — an independent audit defined by the Association of Banks in Singapore (ABS). When a provider is OSPAR audited, an external auditor has examined its internal control environment against the ABS Guidelines on Control Objectives and Procedures for Outsourced Service Providers, and the results are recorded in an audit report that the provider's bank and financial-institution clients can review. In short, “OSPAR audited” is independent, bank-grade evidence that a provider's controls over data, access and processing have been tested by a third party — not simply self-declared.
